The Instituto Millenium, also known by the acronym Imil, is a Brazilian "advocacy think tank" based in Rio de Janeiro. It was created in 2005 by the economist Patrícia Carlos de Andrade and the Philosophy professor Denis Rosenfield, to disseminate a world view based on economic liberalism.
